1. User Accounts & Workspaces

To manage voice agents or chatbot workspaces, you must register a corporate or personal user profile. You agree to provide correct, current, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for protecting your dashboard credentials and for all actions taken under your account permissions.

2. Billing, Credit & Subscriptions

Vigoe.ai operates on subscription cycles combined with optional pay-as-you-go calling credits:

• Subscription Plans: Platform subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• Telephony Credit: AI Calling agents consume calling credits per minute (including speech-to-text, LLM tokens, and VoIP telecom rates). It is your responsibility to monitor and refill your wallet to prevent automated outages.
• Refunds: All payments, including wallet additions and subscription fees, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise or required under regional consumer laws.

3. Telephony, WhatsApp & Carrier API Guidelines

Our platform interfaces with global telephone networks, Twilio, WhatsApp Business APIs, and RCS message distribution hubs:

• You acknowledge that you must comply with standard carrier restrictions, including the WhatsApp Business Policy and local regulatory rules.
• Telecommunications laws vary. You represent and warrant that you own or have verified opt-in permissions for any phone number uploaded to our outbound calling databases.
• We do not control carrier network routing or temporary latency caused by external API carrier nodes.

4. AI Model & Output Disclaimer

Vigoe.ai leverages large language models (LLMs) to synthesize text responses and live voice conversations.

5. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam

We strictly enforce compliance policies to maintain platform integrity. You agree NOT to use Vigoe.ai to:

• 🚫 Conduct unsolicited cold-calling or robocalls violating TRAI or FTC guidelines.
• 🚫 Distribute spam, phising templates, or malicious links via WhatsApp/RCS.
• 🚫 Impersonate government agencies, banks, or brands without express legal authorization.
• 🚫 Store or parse highly sensitive personal health metrics or credit card PIN records.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, platform components, code, dashboard styles, brand assets, and proprietary voice-agent patterns remain the exclusive intellectual property of HOME IDEAS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. You own all text data, uploaded training documents, and chat records fed into your private workspaces.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to temporarily freeze or permanently cancel your platform workspace immediately if you violate any anti-spam terms, engage in abusive outbound calls, or fail to pay due subscription fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vigoe.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible business losses resulting from your deployment of the AI voice agents or automated chatbot systems.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
